When is the amount credited to the Student Account ? |
After the scholarship application is approved in the District Office, the payment will be initiated when the "Claim" gets approved. For monthly stipend/pocket money and other student scholarships, the payment will be initiated when the monthly attendance is marked by the institution. For other fees like tuition/exam/special fees etc. the payment is initiated after the approval of the claim statements generated by the institutions by the District Office. Disbursement will be done by the DIrectorate and the amounts will be credited to the accounts. |

When you receive such an error message while adding a student, it might be because of incorrect Name, ie Student Name given in aadhar card and e-grantz portal is mismatching. In such cases, the Student who belongs to 1 ) SC category should submit a copy of Aadhar to SC Block Office. 2) OBC/OEC,OBC(H) category students should submit a copy of Aadhar to BCDD Regional Office. 3) ST category should submit the copy of Aadhar to ST District Office to get the Name corrected.

Ans : In such cases, check whether the details of that particular student is entered in Sampoorna Software and is correct. |
